摘　　要：目的探讨普罗纳克滴眼液对睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD)患者睑板腺分泌物中前列腺素E_2(prostaglandin E_2,PGE_2)水平的影响。方法将52例71眼MGD患者分为轻中度组和重度组。轻中度组使用普罗纳克+羟糖苷滴眼液;重度组第1周使用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏+普罗纳克+羟糖苷滴眼液,第2周使用普罗纳克+羟糖苷滴眼液。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测治疗前和每周用药后睑板腺分泌物中PGE_2的含量。结果与治疗前比较,轻中度组及重度组连续治疗1周、2周后睑板腺分泌物中PGE_2含量均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论普罗纳克滴眼液对MGD所产生的PGE_2有抑制作用。To observe the effect of bromfenac sodium eye drops on meibomian gland dysfunction（ MGD）.METHODS 52 patients（ 71 eyes） with MGD were divided into mild to moderate group and severe group.Patients in mild to moderate group were treated with bromfenac sodium eye drops and hypromellose 2910 for 2 weeks. Patients in severe group were treated with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment,bromfenac sodium eye drops and hypromellose 2910 in the first week.In the second week,patients in severe group were treated with bromfenac sodium eye drops and hypromellose 2910. The content of prostaglandin E_2（ PGE_2）in meibomian gland secretions were tested by ELISA before,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment. RESULTS There were statistical difference of PGE_2 in meibomian gland secretions between pre-treatment and 1 week,2 week after treatment among mild to moderate group and severe group（ P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The PGE_2 in meibomian gland secretions was inhibited by the bromfenac sodium eye drops.
