摘　　要：文章指出了慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者发生营养不良的机制,综述了慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者能量型方案、宏量营养素方案及微量营养素方案等营养支持方案,以及营养支持对患者的影响,以期为营养支持方案具体细节的制订提供参考。The article reviewed the mechanism of malnutrition on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary Disease（ COPD）,summarized the nutrition support program,including energy nutrition support,macronutrients nutrition support,micronutrients nutrition support,and effects on COPD patien,in order to provide reference for the nutrition support on patients with COPD.
