摘 要:目的探讨基于精细化管理理论制作岗位核查清单,及应用岗位核查清单对病区护理质量过程控制的效果。方法 2014年3月应用精细化管理制作、修订和试行岗位核查清单,2014年7月至2015年6月应用岗位核查清单对临床护理质量过程控制并评价效果。结果应用精细化管理制作的岗位核查清单护理质量明显提高(P<0.05);患者对护理服务的投诉明显减少(P<0.05);患者满意度得到了明显提升(P<0.05)。结论岗位核查清单体现了精细化管理的理念,在护理质量的过程控制与管理中发挥了积极、主动和激励的作用,提高了护理质量。Objective To explore the production of post verification list based on the concept of fine management and to access the effect of post verification list to control the process of word nursing quality. Methods In March 2014 using the concept of fine management to make,audit post verification list. Using post verification list to control and to estimate the effect of nursing quality praess from July 2014 to June 2015. Results Nursing quality which was controlled by post verification list in the application of the concept of fine management was significantly improved( P 〈 0. 05); the complaints of patients to nursing service had a significant reduction( P 〈 0. 05) and patients’ satisfaction was significantly improved( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Post verification list reflects the concept of fine management,which plays a positive,active and incentive pole in controlling and managing the process of nursing quality,and improves the quality of nursing.
