摘 要:以14个具代表性的弱筋、中筋、强筋小麦品种为材料,采用4种施肥处理,连续2年测定48个小麦外观、籽粒及面粉品质、理化性状以及饼干外观、品质性状,分析1 128个两两性状组合之间的关系。结果表明:这些性状间的关系可分为4大类,其中性状间无相关的有700对,占62.0%;弱线性关系有358对,占31.7%;强线性关系有28对,占2.5%;非线性关系有42对,占3.7%。非线性关系,又可分为3种不同类型,其中递增型有17对,占1.51%;递减型有4对,占0.35%;低谷型有1对,占0.09%。此外,有些小麦品质性状之间存在比较复杂的关系。用非线性模型能较好地描述某些小麦品质性状之间的关系,并可通过非线性方程确定峰值点、拐点等关键值。The trial was implemented in the experimental site of Lixiahe agricultural science research institute in Yangzhou,and Hai'an crop cultivation station in Nantong for two consecutive years.Every site had four fertilizer treatments with 2replicates.After measuring 48 characters including wheat appearance,grain and flour quality,physical and chemical properties and biscuit appearance and quality traits,we calculated correlation for each two traits.According to the scatter plot and the correlation coefficient,the relationship could be divided into no correlation,weak linear correlation,strong linear correlation,and nonlinear correlation.As for those nonlinear relationships,different models were fitted and parameters were estimated.The results showed that 700 pairs out of all 1 128 pairs were not correlated,accounting for62.0%.358 pairs had weak linear relationship(31.7%),28 pairs had strong linear relationship(2.5%).42 pairs had non-linear relationship(3.7%),in which there were 17 pairs of increasing function model(1.51%),4pairs of decreasing function model(0.35%)and 1pair of the model with a minimal value(0.37%).Those results indicated that most quality traits had weak relationship between them,and some with complicated relationship.And using nonlinear model could describe the relationship much more accurately than linear model.By applying nonlinear function,we could determine some key points in wheat quality breeding program.
