摘 要:设置不同浓度NaCl(0、0.3和0.6g·kg^(-1))和赤霉素(GA_3)(0、45、90和180μg·kg^(-1)),研究其对甜高粱醇甜2号幼苗生长特性的影响。结果表明:随盐分浓度的增加,出苗率、株高、叶片长度和宽度、根系长度、植株干重和叶绿素SPAD值显著下降;随GA_3浓度的提高,出苗率、株高、根系长度、植株干重和SPAD值呈现出先升高后降低趋势。随GA_3浓度的增加,叶片长度逐渐增加,而叶片宽度有所降低。在各个盐分浓度下,单位干基质施用45或90μg·kg^(-1)GA_3均有利于提高出苗率,增加幼苗株高,促进幼苗根系的生长和植株干重的积累。Seedling growth could be affected under salt stress conditions. Reasonable amendment of exogenous hor- mones could be an effective way to reduce the negative effects of salt stress. The study was done to investigate the effects of salinity level (NaCI 0, 0.3, and 0.6 g · kg^-1 dry base) and GA3 amendment (GA3 0, 45, 90, and 180 μg·kg^-1 dry base) on growth and physiological characteristics of sweet sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L. Moench)] seedlings of Chunt- Jan 2. With the increase of salinity level in the media, emergence percentage, plant height, leaf length and width, root length, plant dry weight, and SPAD readings were significantly decreased. With the increase of GA3 level, emergence percentage, plant height, root length, dry plant weight and SPAD value followed an upward trend first and then a down- ward trend. With the increase of GA3 concentration, leaf GA3 length was increased and leaf width was reduced. Our stud- y indicated that the amendment of GA3 at 45 and 90 μg·kg^-1 dry media generally produced good amending effects on seedling growth and biomass accumulation under salt stress.
