摘　　要：提出了活性艳红X -3B染料生产中盐析滤液减压蒸发回收工业盐循环利用的清洁生产工艺 ,并通过试验 ,得出盐析滤液温度 80℃、真空度 0 .0 8MPa、冷凝器出水温度For cleaner production of active X-3B dye,a new technology was brought forth to recover industrial salts for recycling through vacuum evaporation of salt containing filtrate.Through experiments,an optimal combination of operational conditions was found out with the temperature of the solution being 80 ℃,vacuity 0.08 MPa,and the temperature of cooling water at the outlet 40 ℃.
