摘  要:目的:观察新生儿败血症患儿血清降钙素原(PCT)和超敏CRP(hs—CRP)的变化。方法:新生儿败血症患儿58例,其中36例患儿血培养阳性(病原确诊组),22例血培养阴性(临床诊断组),取同期出生的新生儿20例作为对照组,应用化学发光法和酶联免疫吸附法测定患儿血清PcT和hs-CRP水平,同时进行新生儿危重评分。结果:败血症组血清PCT和hs—CRP水平明显高于对照组,且病原确诊组的血清PCT和hs—CRP水平又明显高于临床诊断组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。血清PCT和hs-CRP水平与新生儿危重评分呈负相关(r=0.815,P〈0.05;r=-0.763,P〈0.05)。结论:PCT和hs-CRP可作为新生儿败血症早期诊断的敏感指标。Objective To observe the variation the procalcitonin CPCT and hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels between the serums of the neonates with and without the neonatal septicemia. Method We have 58 neonatal septicemia cases, among them there are 36 cases whose blood cultures are positive (pathogen diagnosis group), and 22 cases whose blood cultures are negative (clinical diagnosis group), and there are 20 cases of normal neonates horn in the same period as the control group. The chemiluminescence method and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay are used to determine the PCT and hs-CRP levels in the serums of the neonates, and at the same time the neonatal critical score assay is implemented, too. Results The PCT and hs-CRP levels in the serums of the neonatal septicemia group are apparently higher than the control group, and the PCT and hs-CRP levels in the serums of the pathogen diagnosis group are apparently higher than the clinical diagnosis group. They both have statistical significances (P 〈 0.01). The PCT and hs-CRP levels in the serums of the neonates are negatively related with the neonatal critical scores (r=0.815, P〈0.01; r=0.763, P〈0.01). Conclusions The PCT and hs-CRP levels can be used as the sensitive indexes in the early diagnosis of the neonatal septicemia.
