摘　　要：目的:探讨壮骨止痛方抗骨质疏松作用机制。方法:雌性SD大鼠40只随机分为模型组、壮骨止痛方组、阳性对照组、假手术组,给药5 d后制备含药血清。获取新生SD乳鼠成骨细胞,培养至第3代,分别加入4组血清。培养6 d后,测定碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性,用免疫组化法检测各组细胞中cyclin D1蛋白表达;18 d后进行茜素红染色,观察各组钙化结节。结果:壮骨止痛方组ALP活性以及cyclin D1蛋白表达强于阳性对照组,表明成骨细胞增殖旺盛。结论:壮骨止痛方可提高体外培养成骨细胞cyclin D1表达,对骨质疏松症有治疗效果。Objective：To study the mechanism of anti-osteoporosis effect of Zhuanggu Zhitong fomula. Methods：40 female SD rats were randomly divided into model group,positive control group,sam operation group and Zhuanggu Zhitong fomula group. Containing serum was prepared 5 d after administration. Osteoblasts of SD neonatal rats were obtained and cultured to the third generation,then containing serum of above groups were respectively added in. 6 d after culture,alkaline phosphatase activity and protein expression of cyclin D1 were detected. 18 d after culture,calcified nodules were observed through alizarin red staining. Result：Compared with positive control group,ALP activity and protein expression of cyclin D1 of Zhuanggu Zhitong fomula group were increased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Zhuanggu Zhitong fomula can improve osteoblast cyclin D1 expression and has therapeutic effect on osteoporosis.
