肾俞磁刺激治疗腰椎手术失败综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同方法治疗腰椎手术失败综合征的临床疗效,以期寻找到对腰椎术后患者症状改善有积极影响的干预因素。方法:对纳入研究范围的腰椎手术失败综合征患者进行随机化分组,分别是:腰背肌功能锻炼组(锻炼组)、口服双氯芬酸钠药物治疗组(对照组)、肾俞磁刺激治疗组(治疗组)。3组分别于治疗后3个月、12个月进行疗效评定比较,根据治疗后12个月CT显示的手术节段椎管内粘连程度的不同进行分级并对比分析。结果:治疗后1年随访椎管内粘连程度CT分级,3组不同的分级两两之间比较差异均有统计学意义。对所有患者的CT分级及其术后疗效进行分析,结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肾俞磁刺激治疗腰椎手术失败综合征能获得良好的临床疗效。Objective：Through clinical effect comparison of different methods for therapy on patients with failed back surgery syndrome and their effects,expect to looking for interference factors which positively improved patients′symptoms after lumbar surgery. Method：The cases of failed back surgery syndrome were divided into exercise group（back muscle exercise）,control group（additional oral diclofenac sodium drug）,treatment group（Shenshu point magnetic stimulation）randomly. The efficacy of 3 groups were compared after treatment of 3 months and 12 months. The level of postoperative adhesion in spina canal was evaluated according to reflection shown by CT image 12 months after treatment. Result：There was statistical difference among three groups in clinical curative effect and level of postoperative adhesion in spina canal12 months after treatment（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Shenshu point magnetic stimulation therapy on patients of failed back surgery syndrome can get better clinical curative effect.
