摘　　要：目的：总结应用肠系膜上静脉与门静脉左支吻合术（Rex手术）治疗小儿肝外门静脉高压症的围手术期情况及护理要点。方法：回顾分析本院2014年10月~2016年1月13例行Rex手术的肝前性门静脉高压症患儿的治疗情况,从术前、术后2个方面详细阐述护理方法及注意事项。结果：13例患儿术前安全过渡至手术,术后门静脉血流通畅、未见血栓形成,均能达到治疗效果。结论：术前的心理疏导、术后的预防血栓、疼痛护理、用药指导与活动指导对促进康复和防止并发症起着重要作用。Objective： To summarize the perioperative period condition and care key points for the treatment of prehepatic portal hypertension by using superior mesenteric vein and left portal vein anastomosis（ Rex operation）. Methods： Retrospective analysis was made on the treatment conditions of 13 cases of pediatric patients with prehepatic portal hypertension receiving Rex operation in our hospital from October 2014 to January,2016,and the care methods and notes were elaborated in details from pre- operation and post- operation perspectives. Results： The 13 pediatric patients transited to operation safely in the early period,and after operation,the portal vein had smooth blood flowing,and no thrombosis was found,with good curative effect. Conclusion： The pre- operation psychological counseling,paint care,drug use guidance and activity guidance played an important role in promoting recovery and preventing complications.
