摘  要:目的:通过对湖南省在职男护士自身职业认同感现状的调查,分析影响男护士职业认同感的相关因素并提出相应对策。方法:依据"护士职业认同评定量表"及德尔菲法自行设计问卷对湖南省不同级别医院的785名在职男护士进行问卷调查。结果:男护士职业认同感得分相对较低,与年龄、职称、婚烟、学历、护龄无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);与所在医院级别、选择原因、收入以及未来发展目标有关(P<0.05);就业容易、成为护理管理者是主要影响因素。结论:男护士职业认同感较低,需要从多方面制定措施,提高男护士的职业认同感。Objective: To analyze the related factors affecting the professional identity of male nurses and give the corresponding countermeasures through the investigation on professional identity of in- service male nurses from Hunan province. Methods: According to "nurse's professional identity assessment scale"and delphi method,questionnaire was designed out and distributed to 785 in- service male nurses from hospitals at different levels in Hunan Province. Results: The male nurses had a low score in professional identity,and it had no obvious statistical significance in age,title,marriage,education background,and nursing age( P〈0. 05); it was related to the hospital level,reason of selection,income,and future development goal( P〉0. 05); being easy to get a job and becoming nursing management personnel were main influencing factors. Conclusion: As male nurses had a low professional identity,it's required to develop measures from many aspects,to improve their professional identity.
