保定市12岁儿童牙齿磨蚀状况及相关危险因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查保定市12岁儿童牙面磨蚀状况,并且分析相关危险因素,为12岁儿童口腔健康教育内容以及口腔护理提供依据。方法:采用分层、多级、随机抽样的方法,在保定市抽取360名12岁年龄组儿童(男∶女=1∶1)开展横断面研究。在受检者完成问卷之后,应用改良BEWE指数对口腔内所有牙齿的颊面、颊颈部、牙合面/切缘以及舌腭面进行检查。通过单因素分析以及二元logistic回归模型分析牙齿磨蚀的相关危险因素。结果:保定市12岁儿童牙齿磨蚀患病率为26.67%。进食新鲜水果/饮料等食物的频率、服用维生素C、偏侧咀嚼的习惯、社会经济阶层以及刷牙次数与牙齿磨蚀相关。结论:在保定市12岁儿童组牙齿磨蚀状况较重,且与多种社会行为因素相关,在儿童口腔护理工作过程中要加强牙齿磨蚀相关的教育内容。Objective： To investigate the dental face abrasion conditions of 12- year- old children from Baoding city and analyze the related risk factors,so as to provide basis for mouth health education content and mouth care of the 12- year- old children. Methods： The method of hierarchical and multi- level random sampling was taken,and 360 children,12 years old,（ male ∶ female ∶ 1 ∶ 1） were sampled in Baoding city,to receive cross- sectional study. After the subjects completed the questionnaire survey,modified BEWE index was used for checking the buccal surface,buccal neck,oeclusal / incisal edge and tongue palatal face of all teeth in the mouth. The risk factors regarding tooth abrasion were analyzed through single factor analysis method and binary logistic regression model. Results： The tooth abrasion rate of 12- year- old children in Baoding city was 26. 67%. The frequency to eat the food like fresh fruits /drinks,taking of vitamin C,habit of unilateral chewing,social economic status,and tooth brushing frequency were related to tooth abrasion. Conclusion：The group of 12- year- old children from Baoding city had a serious tooth abrasion situation,and this was related to many social behaviors and factors,so it＇s important to strengthen the education contents related to tooth abrasion in the children＇s mouth care work process.
