杂交手术治疗下肢深静脉血栓并髂静脉压迫综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨杂交手术治疗下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)并髂静脉压迫综合征(iliac vein compression syndrome,IVCS)的临床效果。方法依循随机分配原则将50例IVCS并发DVT患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予一般治疗、药物抗凝治疗及导管溶栓治疗,观察组于对照组治疗基础上联合介入手术治疗。观察两组临床疗效和术后随访结果。结果观察组治愈率为96.0%,显著优于对照组58.0%,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后随访显示观察组并无患者出现肢体肿胀症状,对照组出现1例,两组术后随访结局比较,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论杂交手术治疗IVCS并发DVT,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hybrid operation in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis （DVT） and iliac vein compression syndrome （IVCS） patients. Methods Adherence to the principle of random distribution, 50 cases of IVCS combined with DVT patients were divided into control group and observation group, control group were given general treatment, pharmacologic anticoagulation and thrombolysis treatment, observation group combined with interventional surgery on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy and postoperative follow-up results of the two groups were observed. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 96%, significantly better than 58% in the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Postoperative follow up showed no symptoms of limb swelling in the observation group, 1 cases in the control group, two groups of postoperative follow-up comparison, had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Hybrid operation in the treatment of IVCS combined with DVT is accurate, and it is worth popularizing.
