摘  要:为了改善延长油田管输原油流变性差的问题,采用菜籽油与多乙烯多胺制备多胺酰胺,进而与不同交联剂交联生成聚胺酰胺,并将其用作原油降凝剂,达到改善原油流变性的目的。研究结果表明:15℃条件下,500 mg/L聚胺酰胺的原油降黏率为70%,凝固点降低4.4℃;DSC分析显示,聚胺酰胺可降低原油饱和烃组分析蜡峰温和析蜡点;蜡晶微观结构显示,该试剂使得原油饱和烃组分的蜡晶减小并分散。源于植物油脂的聚胺酰胺能够作为新型的流动性改进剂,具有来源广、可再生、经济环保等优势。In order to improve the rheological properties of the pipeline oil in Yanchang Oilfield,rapeseed oil and polyethylene polyamine are used to prepare polyamine amide with different cross-linker by cross-linking reaction. This polyamine amide is taken as pour-point depressant to improve the rheological properties of crude oil. Research shows that the oil viscosity-reducing ratio of 500 mg / L polyamine amide is 70% under the temperature of 15 ℃ and the freezing point is reduced by 4. 4 ℃. DSC analysis indicates that the peak temperature of was precipitation and was precipitation point of crude oil saturated hydrocarbon component can be reduced by polyamine amide. Wax crystal microstructure reveals that the wax crystal of saturated hydrocarbon component can be reduced and dispersed. As a new mobility improver,this polyamine amide derives from vegetable grease is featured by wide sources,renewable material,low-cost and environmental protection.
