甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析对糖尿病周围神经病变患者使用甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗的效果。方法选取我科住院的糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例。随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组均需使用常规治疗方法处理,对照组加用甲钴胺治疗,观察组加用甲钴胺联合依帕司他治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病周围神经病变患者实施药物治疗时,在甲钴胺治疗的基础上使用依帕司他治疗能够明显提升治疗效果,在实际的治疗中有着较高应用价值。Objective To analyze the treatment effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with the use of mecobalamin combined with epalrestat. Methods 100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were selected from our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mecobalamin,the observation group treated with mecobalamin combined with epalrestat,the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and implementation of drug treatment,the use of mecobalamin combined with epalrestat can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,has a high application value in the actual treatment.
