静脉输液配置中心细胞毒性药品的配置管理研究

摘　　要：目的分析静脉输液配置中心细胞毒性药品的配置管理存在的问题,评价强化改进的效果。方法医院静脉输液配置中心现有工作人员21人,其中具有细胞毒性药品配置资格的工作人员6人,每年配置三千余例次,2015年2月开始进行强化改进,主要针对防护安全、工作效率问题进行改进。结果 2015年调剂错误、配送错误、药物泄露事件次数均下降,下降率在59%-100%,药物泄露事件下降81.82%;2015年,抽检物品空气质量、物品表面、手细胞毒性药物浓度超标率1.62%（3/186）,低于2014年7.86%（11/140）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论细胞毒性药品的配置问题较多,针对性的改进极大的提高了管理的质量,保障了工作人员的健康。Objective To analyze the problems existing in the configuration management of the cytotoxic drugs in the intravenous infusion center,and to evaluate the effect of the improvement. Methods The existing staff of 21 cases in hospital intravenous infusion center. The cytotoxic drug allocation of qualified staff of 6 cases,the annual allocation of 3 000 cases. From February 2015 began to strengthen the improvement,mainly for the protection of safety,efficiency improvement. Results In 2015,the number of dispensing errors,delivery errors and drug leakage were decreased,and the decrease rate was 59% to 100%. Drug spill fell 81.82%;In 2015,the air quality,the surface of articles and the concentration of cytotoxic drugs were 1.62%（3/186）,which was lower than that of 7.86%（11/140）in 2014,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are many problems in the disposition of cytotoxic drugs,which can greatly improve the quality of management and ensure the health of workers.
