摘 要:采用电化学方法研究了NdFeB合金与Q235碳钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电偶腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,当NdFeB合金和Q235碳钢分别单独存在于3.5%NaCl溶液中时,NdFeB合金的开路电位稳定值(EOCP-NdFeB)和自腐蚀电位(Ecorr-NdFeB)均负于Q235碳钢的开路电位稳定值(EOCP-Q235)和自腐蚀电位(Ecorr-Q235),这说明当NdFeB合金与Q235碳钢构成腐蚀电偶对后,NdFeB合金成为电偶对的负极/阳极,Q235碳钢成为电偶对的正极/阴极;当NdFeB合金和Q235碳钢在3.5%Na Cl溶液中偶接后,两者之间的电偶电位绝对值高达0.65 V,足以驱动NdFeB合金发生严重的阳极溶解。The galvanic corrosion behavior between NdFeB alloy and Q235 steel in 3.5 % Na Cl solution was studied by electrochemical methods.The resulted showed that the values of open circuit potential(EOCP) and corrosion potential(Ecorr) for NdFeB alloy were more negative than the corresponding values for Q235 steel when the presence of both NdFeB alloy and Q235 steel were in 3.5 % Na Cl solution solely,indicating NdFeB alloy and Q235 steel respectively became the anode and the cathode in the galvanic couple.However,when NdFeB alloy and Q235 steel were connected each other in 3.5 % Na Cl solution,the galvanic potential and the galvanic current density were present,and the value of galvanic potential between NdFeB alloy and Q235 steel was about 0.65 V,resulting in that the anodic dissolution of NdFeB alloy was very serious,which was driven by Q235 steel obviously.
