摘 要:根据高速公路养护工程的不同情况,通过试验室模拟现场情况制备相应条件的SBS改性沥青样品,采用动态剪切流变仪进行动态频率扫描试验,并采用Carreau模型进行多项式拟合得到不同样品的60℃ZSV。试验结果表明,储存温度越高、储存时间越长,其改性沥青的ZSV降低的幅度越大,说明养护工程中,改性沥青高温下不能长期储存;随着循环次数的增多,SBS改性沥青60℃ZSV整体呈现下降的趋势,且在相同循环次数时,60℃ZSV在170℃降温至室温条件下较150降温至130℃下降幅度大,说明在养护工程周期较长的时候,改性沥青不宜多次循环加热,且储存温度不宜过高。According to the different situation of expressway maintenance engineering, SBS modified asphalt samples of corre-sponding conditions were prepared through laboratory simulation. Dynamic frequency sweep test was carried out by using dynamic shear rheometer. 60℃ ZSV values of different sample was obtained by polynomial fitting method using Carreau model. Thetest results showed that the higher the storage temperature and the longer storage time, the greater decreasing amplitude of modified asphalt ZSV. This indicated that in the process of maintenance engineering, the modified asphalt can't be stored for a long time in high tempera-ture condition. 60℃ ZSV of SBS modified asphalt has a decreasing trend with the increasing number of the cycles. The decrement of 60℃ ZSV from 170℃ to room temperature was bigger than that from 150℃ to 130℃ in the same number of cycles. It was not appro-priate to repeatedly heat the modified asphalt during in a long period maintenance project and the exorbitant storage temperature was not recommended.
