摘  要:对2种木材蓝变菌松球壳孢(Sphaetopsis sapinea)和可可球二孢(Botryodiplodia theobromae)的生物学特性进行试验研究。结果表明:2种蓝变菌菌株适宜温度均为30℃;适应的酸碱度范围均为5.0~9.0;两者都属于喜光菌;松球壳孢生长最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨;可可球二孢生长最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为酵母浸膏。The biological characteristics of two wood sapstrain fungus were studied. The resuhs showed that the optimal temperatures of the two fungus were 30 ℃ and pH 5.0 - 9. 0. Both of them belonged to the light loving fungus. The optimal carbon sources for Sphaetopsis sapinea and Botryodiplodia theobromae were sucrose and glucose, respectively. The optimal nitrogen sources for them were peptone and yeast extract, respectively.
