摘 要:为提高杂交大豆不育系制种产量,以大豆细胞质雄性不育系JLCMS34A为母本,其同型保持系JLCMS34B为父本,于2011年和2012年在吉林省农业科学院洮南试验站进行制种试验。试验设3个密度(10,15,20万株/hm^2)和3个底肥施氮量(64,128,192 kg/hm^2),研究了9个处理对不育系结实率、制种产量及产量构成因素的影响。结果表明:密度对不育系结实率和制种产量影响均达到显著水平,密度10万株/hm^2的结实率最高,密度15万株/hm^2的制种产量最高,并且随着密度增加结实率逐渐降低。2011年密度与施氮量互作对结实率影响达到显著水平,以10万株/hm^2种植密度配合64 kg/hm^2底肥施氮量的结实率最高,为67.28%;密度与施氮量互作对制种产量影响差异不显著,种植密度为15万株/hm^2配合128 kg/hm^2底肥施氮量,最高制种产量达到1 395.72 kg/hm^2;底肥施氮量对不育系结实率和制种产量差异不显著,互作差异性也未达到显著水平。In order to improve seed production yield of hybrid soybean sterile line, tests for hybrid seed production were conducted in Taonan Experiment State of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sci- ences, in 2011 and 2012. JLCMS34A of soybean cytoplasmic male sterile line was used as female parent, and JLCMS34B of its homo-maintain line as male parent. Effects of 9 treatments on seed-set- ting rate of sterile line, hybrid seed production and yield components were studied by designs of three densities (64, 128 and 192 kg/hm^2) and three nitrogen application amounts in base fertilizer ( 100, 200 and 300 kg/hm^2 ). The results showed that density significantly affected seed-setting rate and seed yield of sterile line. Seed-setting rate gradually declined with the increase of density. Seed- setting rate was the highest at 100 thousand plants/hm^2, while hybrid seed production yield was the highest when density was 150 thousand plants/hm^2. In 2011, the interaction between density and ni- trogen application amount had significant effects on seed-setting rate. The highest seed-setting rate was 67.28% when 100 thousand plants/hm^2 of density was combined with 64 kg/hm^2 nitrogen appli- cation amount in base fertilizer. However, the interaction between density and nitrogen application a- mount had no significant effects on hybrid seed production yield. Hybrid seed production yield was the highest, up to 1 395.72 kg/hm^2, when 150 thousand plants/hm^2 of density was combined with 128 kg/hm: nitrogen application amount in base fertilizer. Moreover, nitrogen application amount al- so had no significant effects on seed-setting rate and hybrid production yield of sterile line, and the interaction variance was not obvious.
