禁用偶氮染料依然是近年我国输欧服装被召回的头号杀手（一）

摘　　要：分析了近年欧盟RAPEX对全球输欧产品通报数的变化态势，指出：近年我国输欧服装鞋类被通报的状况有所好转，2015年的被通报数不仅出现了明显的下降，而且下降率超过全球服装鞋类。也分析了近年我国输欧服装鞋类因违反REACH法规被召回数较快上升的状况和它们能化学危害因素，指出：禁用偶氮染料依然是近年我国输欧服装被召回的头号杀手，涉及的主要戥癌芳香胺是4．氨基偶氮苯，3，3’-二甲氧基联苯胺和联苯胺。我国企业必须从源头强化清洁生产、加强监控、加大检测、加快替代，迅速改变这种状况。In recent years the state of change of the circulated by RAPEX of EU quantity of products of the whole world to be exported to Europe was sized up, and it was pointed out that in recent years the state of the circulated apparels and footwears of our country to be exported to Europe took a favourable turn to some extent. In 2015 their circulated quantity not only appeared a marked decrease, but also their decreasing ratio exceeded that of the circulated apparels and footwears of the whole world. Besides, the faster rising state of the recalled apparels and footwear of our country to be exported to Europe in recent years because of transgression of REACH law and their chemical harmful factors were sized up, too. And it was pointed out that the banned azo dyes were still No.1 killer of the recalled apparels of our country to be exported to Europe in recent years. The banned azo dyes involve the main carcinogenic aromatic amines including p-aminoazobenzene, 3,3＇-dirnethoxybenzidine and benzidine etc.. The enterprises of our country have to strengthen clean-production from source, tighten superintendence and control, reinforce inspection, speed up replacement and speedily change this state.
