摘　　要：位于东北亚地理中心的吉林省,昔日的龙兴之地,共和国的骄子,缘何经济增长频频失速?何时、怎样才能赶上我国经济转型这趟中高速运行的经济专列?带着这样的疑问,本文对吉林省经济运行所面临的国内外经济形势进行了全面的梳理,并在全面振兴东北的总体框架下,正视吉林省在"十三五"时期面临的现状、机遇及挑战,展望吉林省振兴经济发展的新局面,为如期实现全面建成高质量小康社会的宏伟目标建言献策。Jilin Province is in the geographic center of Northeast Asia,the former thriving and wealthy district,and was proud by the whole China.Why its economic growth is slowdown in recently years？When and how to catch up with the medium-high economic growth speed growth train of China＇s economic transformation？In our paper,we described the domestic and international economy situation and,analyzed the opportunities and challenges of Jilin Province in＂Thirteenth Five-year Plan＂period under the framework of the overall revitalization of the Northeast.Then we outlook the new situation of economic development revitalization in Jilin Province,and try to make quality suggestions for the schedule to achieve the grand goal of completely building a comprehensive well-off society.
