摘　　要：目的通过分析2012—2014年HIV感染者的流行病学资料,为进一步了解本院AIDS的流行趋势和特点以及指导科学防控提供依据。方法对2012—2014年74 011例患者进行HIV血清学检测,收集314例HIV感染者的资料进行流行病学分析。结果 3年共检测74 011例,阳性314例,总检出率为0.42%,2012—2014年的检出率分别为0.31%、0.52%和0.43%。所有检测者中男性33 823例,阳性294例,检出率为0.87%;女性40 188例,阳性20例,检出率为0.05%。男性阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=22.451,P<0.05)。314例HIV感染者年龄多集中在30岁以下,学历以高中以上为主;婚姻状况以未婚为主;传播途径以性传播为主共307例,占97.8%,注射吸毒感染6例;输入血液制品感染1例。性传播中男男同性恋177例,双性恋63例,多性伴异性恋67例。结论 2012—2014年本院HIV感染人群以30岁以下、未婚、高学历者为主,男男同性恋间的性传播是其主要的传播途径,加强对该类人群宣传教育与行为干预对于预防和控制AIDS的传播具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）positive subjects detected in Hangzhou Third people＇s Hospital during 2012-2014.Methods Epidemiological characteristics of HIV infection were analyzed in 314 subjects who were positive in serological testing in our hospital from 2012 to 2014.Results Serological tests of HIV were performed in 74011 patients,of whom 314 cases were positive with a positive rate of 0.31%,0.52%and 0.43% in 2012,2013 and 2014,respectively.The positive rate of male patients was significantly higher than that of female（χ^2=22.451,P〈0.05）.The major age distribution was under 30 years;most patients had education levels of high school degree or above;the majority of patients were unmarried.Out of 314 cases 307 were sexually transmitted accounting for 97.8%.6 cases were injection drug users,1 case was caused by blood transfusion.In all cases 177 were gay men,63 were bisexual and 67 cases had multiple sex partners.Conclusion The HIV-positive subjects detected in our hospital in recent 3 years were characterized as unmarried,highly educated young men who have sex with men.To strengthen the health education and behavior intervention is important for prevention and control of AIDS spread.
