髌股关节炎关节镜术后肌力平衡的综合护理干预

摘　　要：目的分析对髌股关节炎患者关节镜术后进行综合护理干预对其肌力平衡的效果。方法选取2012年7月~2013年5月该院收治的150例患者进行研究,根据护理方案的差异性将患者分为A组与B组,两组各为75人。B组进行常规护理干预,A组在常规护理基础上,对其进行正确护理干预,护理结束后,分析对比两组护理结果。结果通过采用不同护理方案,A组术后肌力平衡能力优于B组,护理效果更好,两组对比具有较大差异性(P<0.05)。结论对髌股关节炎患者关节镜术后进行综合护理干预效果较好,可有效改善其肌力平衡,具备临床意义与价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the muscle balance after the arthroscopic surgery of patellofemoral osteoarthritis. Methods 150 patients treated from July 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods, 75 eases each group. Group B adopted the conventional nursing care; on the basis, G^oup A adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention. After intervention, the clinical effect was analyzed. Results The ability of muscle balance for Group A was better than that of Group B; the clinical effect for Group A was better than that of Group B （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions After the arthroscopic surgery of patellofemoral osteoarthritis, the comprehensive nursing intervention can efficiently im- prove the patient＇s ability of muscle balance. It is of great importance in clinical practice.
