摘 要:综述利用恒压堵塞定律分析、分析过滤阻力构成、滤膜污染的观察与监测、利用数值计算模拟膜机理污染过程等微孔滤膜污染机理分析方法,提出尽管现有研究主要集中在食品、医药、水处理、空气过滤等领域,但其物理过程同属于固液两相流的分离过程,对于研究检测液压系统油液固体颗粒污染度的微孔滤膜的污染机理仍有很大参考价值与借鉴作用,同时对其他固液两相流的过滤与分离机理、膜污染机理等方面的研究具有启发作用。A review of four main membrane fouling mechanism analysis methods, such as using the constant pressure law, analyzing the component of resistance, observing and monitoring the membrane fouling process, and using the numerical calculation method was given. It is proposed that although these existing researches are aimed at fields such as food, medicine, water treatment, air filtration and so forth, but they are the same in physical process, the separation of solid-liquid two phase flow. Therefore they are still significant as a reference for studying hydraulic system oil solid particle contamination level testing micro-pore filter membrane fouling mechanism, and meantime, they are inspiration to study the filtration and separation mechanism of the solid-liquid two phase flow, the membrane fouling mechanism and so on.
