摘　　要：硬脊膜穿破是椎管内神经阻滞麻醉操作的常见并发症。有效的预防硬脊膜穿破的发生能减少并发症。正确的处理硬脊膜穿破,并通过相应的措施包括血补片来治疗头痛,有效解除病人痛苦,减少医患矛盾的发生。Dural puncture is a common complication of epidural anesthesia. Effective prevention can reduce the complications. The correct disposal of dural punture including epidural blood patch can remove the pain from patients, and reduce the occurrence of doctor- patient contradiction.
