摘  要:以液晶聚酯为基体树脂,研究三元乙丙弹性体(EPDM)和/或聚乙烯辛烯共弹性体(POE)为增韧剂,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融反应挤出,用马来酸酐使POE酸酐化生产接枝共聚物POE-g-MAH;然后,把接枝好的POE-g-MAH加到液晶聚酯中,用双螺杆挤出机造粒、注射机制样,制备了LCP/POE-g-MAH共混的样条,研究了LCP/POE-g-MAH=90/10、80/20、70/30、60/40、50/50(质量比)共混的冲击、拉伸强度等性能的影响。结果表明:POE对液晶聚酯有一定的增韧作用,提高了树脂的冲击强度,但是POE的用量也不是越多越好,POE达到一定的程度后,增韧的作用将降低,而且还会影响其他性能。Take liquid crystalline polyester as base resin, EPDM and / or polyethylene octene elastomer (POE) as toughening agent, through a double screw extruder to melt reactive extrusion, use Maleic anhydride modified POE to produce graft copolymer POE-g-MAH; Then, the grafted POE-g-MAH is added to the liquid crystalline polyester, and the LCP/ POE-g-MAH blends are prepared by twin screw extruder granulation and injection mechanism. The effects of LCP/POE-g-MAH=90/10, 80/20, 70/30, 60/40 and 50/50 (mass ratio) on the impact strength and tensile strength of the blends are studied. The results show that POE has a certain toughening effect on liquid crystalline polyester. The impact strength of the resin is improved, but the amount of POE is not as much as possible. After the POE reaches a certain degree, the effect of toughening will be reduced, and the other properties will be affected.
