摘  要:为了研究轻钢结构中常用的自攻螺钉连接模型在拉剪共同作用下的承载性能,对自攻螺钉抗剪、抗拉和抗拉剪共同作用下白承载力进行数值分析,分析拉剪共同作用极限状态下拉力施力比和剪力施力比的耦合关系。数值分析结果表明:针对该模型的分析结果与相关技术标准及文献结果都吻合较好,证明了模型分析结果的正确性。随着板厚及螺钉直径的增大,自攻螺钉连接模型抗剪与抗拉承载力均增大;拉剪共同作用极限状态下,剪力施力比随拉力施力比的增大而减小,两者呈非线性负相关关系;在拉力施力比为0.6,板厚为0.5,0.8 mm时,剪力施力比最大减小37%和44%;当板厚为1 mm时剪力施力比最大减小18%。In order to investigate the capacities of self tapping screws connection model under combined shear and tension forces, the numerical analysis for shearing resistance, tension resistance and combined shear and tension resistance were carried out . The coupling relationship between maximum shear strength and tension strength under combined loading was studied. The results indicated that the analysis and research of the model were in good agreement with the standard and the results from literature, the correctness of the analysis results of the model was proved. The increase of plate thickness and screw diameter would improve the capacity of shear resistance and tension resistance. The ultimate shear strength would decrease with the increase of ultimate tension strength, the two showed nonlinear negative relationship. When the tension reached O. 6 time uhinate strength of pure tension; the maximum reduction of shear strength was about 37% and 44% with the plate thickness was 0.5 millimeter and 0.8 millimeter, and 18% decreased when the plate thickness was 1.0 millimeter.
