摘 要:钢拱肋作为提篮拱桥的主要受力结构,其线型控制是全桥建造的关键。依托厦门五缘大桥提篮拱桥,对其钢拱肋线型进行研究,采用线型拟合、无余量切割等技术,确保钢拱肋制作的质量。介绍了该桥钢拱肋线型控制技术和方法。Line type control is key for the construction of the steel arch ribe of X-shaped arch bridge because the steel arch rib is the main loads bearing component. Based on the X-shaped arch bridge of Xiamen Wuynan Bridge, the line type of the steel arch bridge was studied, and some techniques such as line type fitting and dimensional accurate control cutting were used to ensure the quality. The methods of line type control for the steel arch rib was introduced.
