摘 要:随着智能电网的发展,分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)广泛接入电力系统。然而以风能和太阳能为代表的单个DG对大电网来说视为不可见,在参与市场交易时存在诸多不利因素。考虑多能源资源的影响,建立了由DG、负荷以及储能组成的虚拟发电厂(virtual power plant,VPP)模型,同时将多个VPP进行互联,在满足各自VPP内部供需平衡的基础上,让盈余电量在VPP集群间进行共享,实现多阶段市场交易。提出的交易方法以VPP内部和网间的交易收益最大化为优化目标函数,以尽可能消纳可再生能源为目的,同时计入需求响应(demand response,DR)策略,得到网内用户科学用电计划、网间合理报价结果,为实现多个VPP健康灵活交易提供参考。With the development of smart grid,distributed generations( DGs) are widely integrated into the power system. However,the single DG represented by wind energy or solar energy is not visible to the large power grid,and there are many unfavorable factors in the power market trading. Considering the impacts of multi-energies,this paper constructs virtual power plant( VPP) model,which includes the DG,electricity load and energy storage system. The VPPs are connected with each other,aiming to meet each demand inside VPP while sharing the additional power between VPP aggregates to realize multi-stage markets trading. The proposed method is set based on maximizing the benefits inside the VPP and between networks to adopt renewable energy as much as possible,in which the demand response strategy( DR) is considered. Based on the trading method,the scientific electricity plan for each utility inside the VPP can be obtained,so as the reasonable bidding strategies between networks,which can provide reference for healthy and flexible operation and trading of VPP.
