摘 要:目的研究不同钾素(K_2O)施用量对当归阿魏酸松柏酯、丁烯基酞内酯及欧当归内酯A累积量的影响。方法以钾素(K_2O)施用量为试验因素,设150(K_1),300(K_2),450(K_3),600(K_4),750 kg/hm^2(K_5)5个处理。田间试验采用随机区组设计,每个处理重复3次。在7—11月当归叶盛期到采收期,每25 d左右在田间取样1次,每次取样5株。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定不同生长期当归根系中阿魏酸松柏酯、丁烯基酞内酯及欧当归内酯A的含量。结果钾素施用量对当归阿魏酸松柏酯含量影响显著(P<0.05),而对其他2个成分的影响不显著,其中钾素施用量为450 kg/hm^2时效果最好。结论合理施用钾素能促进当归品质的形成。Objective To investigate the effect of potassium nutrition levels with K2O on accumulated contents of 3-( 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) allyl,n-butylidenephthalide and levistilide A in Angelica sinensis. Methods Based on potassium nutrition level,5 tests were set as following: 150( K1),300( K2),450( K3),600( K4),750 kg / hm2( K5). Randomized block design was used in field trial and every test was repeated for 3 times. From July to November,samples were taken in field every 25 days and 5 samples were handled every time. The contents of 3-( 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) allyl,n-butylidenephthalide and levistilide A during the different growth p eriods in the roots of Angelica sinensis were determined by HPLC. Results The potassium nutrition levels with K2O of 450 kg / hm2 significantly increased the content of 3-( 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) allyl in the roots of Angelica sinensis( P〈0.05),while had little effect on n-butylidenephthalide and levistilide A. Conclusion An appropriate level of potassium nutrition would be beneficial for promoting forming of Angelica sinensis quality.
