针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法将80例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法治疗,对照组采用常规康复疗法治疗。4周后比较2组患者的临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、独立生活能力量表(BI)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为92.50%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、BI评分均比同组治疗前显著升高,且治疗组升高更显著,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的痉挛程度,降低肌张力,恢复肢体运动功能,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on nodes in aponeurotic system combining rehabilitation therapy in treating spastic paralysis after stroke. Methods 80 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each. The treatment group was given the combination therapy and the control group was intervened with routine rehabilitation therapy. Clinical effects,the Fugl-Meyer grades and BI grades were observed after 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.50% while in control group was 80.00%,the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,all grades were improved,which highest in treatment group,there was a significant difference（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The combination therapy can improve the spastic degree,reduce the muscle tone as well as restore the motor function of limbs,so the patients get a better life quality.
