摘　　要：首先,将装配式住宅供应链系统分解成开发商、设计单位、施工单位3个子单元,通过文献研究,确定各自的投入、产出测度指标;其次,构建装配式住宅供应链绩效测度的网络DEA模型;最后,选取样本进行算例分析,并与传统DEA方法进行比较。结果表明:运用网络DEA对装配式住宅供应链绩效进行测度,可更真实反映绩效情况,使管理者深入了解整体无效率的原因所在,便于绩效改进。First, the paper decomposes the prefabricated housing supply chain system into three sub units as developers, design and construction, through literature review, determines their respective input and output indicators. Secondly, developes the network DEA model of constructional buildings supply chain performance measurement. Finally, analyzes the sample compared with the traditional DEA method. The results showed that the use of network DEA to measure the performance of prefabricated housing supply chain can reflect the true performance, which can understand the reason why the overall system is inefficient and further enable managers to improve the performance.
