摘 要:针对螺旋钻采煤机输送生产率、煤块二次破碎率及能耗问题,根据螺旋钻采煤机输送机构参数,采用改进粒子群算法对螺旋钻采煤机多目标进行优化设计.通过优化得到:螺旋钻采煤机输送生产率提高了25.8%、二次破碎率降低了12.13%,能耗降低了4.97%.极大优化了螺旋钻采煤机输送机构导程、转速、螺旋升角、螺旋叶片厚度以及输送内径等参数,有效提高了螺旋钻采煤机的整机工作性能.Aiming at the existing problems of delivery efficiency, the secondary crushing quantity and energy consumption of auger coal miner, and according to the spiral conveyor device parameters of auger coal miner, this paper optimized the design of auger coal miner multi-objective based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results obtained by optimization are that delivery efficiency increases by 25.8 %, the secondary crushing rate reduces by 12.13 %, and the energy consumption reduces by 4.97 %, which greatly optimized the parameters of spiral blade lead, speed, helix angle,spiral blade thickness and inner diameter of the spiral conveyor device. Comprehensive performance of auger coal miner is effectively improved.
