摘 要:液压锁紧轴套是五轴联动机床的关键部件,能够在液压力的作用下产生较大的弹性变形,锁紧进给轴的转动自由度,对机床定位锁紧和加工精度有重要的影响。为提高液压锁紧轴套的锁紧扭矩,提出了一种带矩形槽的转轴与液压锁紧轴套配合结构,即在轴上沿轴线方向加工出多个矩形槽,并依靠矩形槽处轴套的不均匀性变形,对转轴产生机械制动效果,进而缩短锁紧时间。借助有限元方法和试验,研究了不同矩形槽的特征尺寸(宽度、深度)及个数对锁紧扭矩的影响。研究表明:带矩形槽转轴与液压锁紧轴套配合的结构,能够大大的缩短制动时间。Hydraulic locking sleeve is a key component of the five-axis movhine tools. It can hove a greater elastic deformation under the effect of hydraulic pressure and lock the rotational freedom of the feed shaft. So it has an important influence on the machine tools position clamping and machining accuracy. In order to improve the locking torque of hydraulic locking sleeve, the mating structure is proposed which mate rotation shaft with rectangular groove and hydraulic locking sleeve , namely on the shaft is processed some rectangular grooves in the axial direction. As the sleeve has the inhomogeneity deformation at the rectangular groove, it will produce mechanical braking effect on the shaft,thereby shorten the braking time. The impact of different rectangular groove size (width, depth) and count on locking torque is studied by the finite element method and experiments. The research shows that the mating structure of rotation shaft with rectangular groove and hydraulic locking sleeve can greatly shorten the braking time.
