摘 要:针对某钢厂冷轧张力辊使用过程中,腹板与辊轴联接部位的焊缝出现开裂的现象,通过对焊缝的强度校核计算,得出焊缝的强度满足使用要求。为寻求可能存在的应力集中或其他潜在问题,随后建立了原张力辊和改进后张力辊的三维应力和变形的有限元模拟分析,开展辊轴联接部位的强度校核,以分析张力辊的开裂原因。通过有限元分析获得局部应力过大点,并分析了改进后的张力辊的局部应力情况。改进后的张力辊在实际生产中取得了较好的效果,保证了生产的正常运行。To solve the cracking phenomenon of welding line which between the web and Roll shaft coupling parts on cold-roll tension roller, the weld strength calculationwas checked and which can meet the requirement. To seek the possible existence of stress concentration or other potential problems, original tension roll and the improved tension make the roll three- dimensional finite element simulation of stress and deformation analysis, to carry out the roll shaft connection parts of the intensity, analyze the tension roller cracking reasons. The results indicate that local stress concentration was existed. And the improved tension roll was analyzed in a good result which has been achieved in the process of production, to ensure the normal operation of production.
