摘  要:利用Fluent软件数值仿真研究了转子转速对迷宫密封性能的影响,选取结构最简单的直通式迷宫密封为研究对象,分析转速对密封性能的影响机理,对比不同转子半径、压比和密封齿间隙下转速对迷宫密封性能的影响程度。研究结果表明:转子转速增加,迷宫密封性能提升,这是由于转子旋转产生离心力,造成密封齿向外变形,减小密封齿间距,削弱迷宫的透气效应。转子半径增大,密封齿间隙减小,转速对迷宫密封性能的提升更明显,压比无作用。转子转速对密封性能的影响很小,实际工程应用仿真时可以忽略不计。It numerical analyzed the effect of the rotor speed on labyrinth seal characteristics by Fluent. The simplest straightthrough labyrinth seal was selected and the rotor speed effect on labyrinth seals characteristics mechanism, the degree of the rotor speed effect on labyrinth seal characteristics under different rotor radius, pressure ratio and tooth gap were explored. The results showed that the rotor speed increases the labyrinth seal characteristics, dues to the teeth outside predominantly caused by the centrifugal force of the rotor rotation, reducing the seal tooth gap, weakening the ventilation effect. The increase of the rotor radius and decrease of the tooth gap make the performance of rotor speed increases labyrinth seal characteristics more obvious, pressure ratio has no effect. The influence of rotor speed on seal characteristics is small, when simulation, it could be ignored.
