摘 要:高温镍基合金Inconel718是一种较难切削的材料,相应刀具的寿命受到极大制约。为获取该材料的切削加工特性,以Ti CN涂层刀作为刀具进行切削试验,并进行数理分析。以刀具的磨损率评定刀具寿命,以刀具的进给率、切削深度及切削速度三个工艺参数作为控制因子,利用田口试验法获取各影响因子的信噪比,得到了最佳的工艺参数组合,并进行试验结果的再现性进行了验证。结果表明,切削速度是影响寿命的关键因子,且宜取中等值、而切削深度及进给率则应取较小值,试验方法可行,试验结果正确。High-temperature nickel-based alloys Inconel 718/s more difficult to be cut, the corresponding tool life is greatly restricted. In order to obtain the cutting characteristics, employing the TiCN coated tool, a cutting experiment and mathematical analysis is carried out. The tool wear rate after working is defined as the evaluation focus, the influences on tool life from cutting parameters are analyzed and discussed, including feed rate, cutting speed and cutting depth. Moreover, the signal to noise ratios and the optimum cutting parameters combination are obtained and confirmed by using orthogonal experiment and the reproducibility of experimental results are verified. The results show that during the process of lnconel 718 by TiCN coated tools, cutting speed is the key factor for tool life, and should be middle, while the cutting depth and feed rate should be minor. The experimental method is feasible, the results of the experiment are correct.
