摘　　要：近年来随着登革热、黄热病和寨卡病毒病等疫情的相继出现,引发对伊蚊传播疾病疫情和防治的广泛关注。5 000多种虫媒病毒中超过一半是由蚊媒传播的,而伊蚊是蚊科中最大的一属,由其传播的蚊媒传染病种类最多。受全球气候变暖和交通便利化的影响,伊蚊传播疾病对人类健康构成威胁。伊蚊传播疾病存在自然疫源性,防控难度大。为加强我国伊蚊传播性疾病的防控工作,本文介绍了登革热、黄热病、寨卡病毒病、基孔肯雅热和裂谷热等5种伊蚊传播疾病的病原学和临床学特征、流行病学特征和伊蚊的分布情况与生态习性,分析了伊蚊传播性疾病疫情对我国的威胁,提出我国应对伊蚊传播性疾病的预防与控制措施。With the outbreak of dengue fever,yellow fever and Zika virus diseases in recent years, the epidemics and prevention of Aedes-borne diseases have attracted the attention worldwide. More than half in more than 5 000 arboviruses are spread by mosquitoes, and Genus Aedes is the largest of Family Culicidae. Affected by the global warming and traffic facilitation,Aedes-borue diseases have been posing threats to human health. They belong to the natural foci diseases, and it ＇ s difficult to prevent and control them. In order to strengthen the prevention and control of Aedes-borne diseases in China, this paper introduced the etiological and clinical features, epidemiological characteristics and epidemic situations of Aedes-borne diseases such as dengue fever,yellow fever,Zika virus disease, Chikungunya fever and Rift Valley fever, and distribution and ecological habits of Aedes, analyzed the threat of Aedes - borne diseases to China, and proposed prevention and control measures.
