摘  要:目的了解和掌握厦门港区蚊虫密度监测及季节消长情况,为制订蚊虫防治对策提供科学依据,并对相关传染病提供预警信息。方法采用诱蚊灯法监测成蚊,运用SPSS软件对蚊密度数据进行统计学分析。结果 2013-2015年共捕获成蚊2亚科3属8种,共1 842只,淡色(致倦)库蚊为优势种,占所捕获的蚊总数的63.68%,白纹伊蚊次之,占5.54%。蚊密度季节消长曲线显示,5-7月为成蚊密度高峰期。结论初步掌握了厦门港区蚊密度、蚊虫种类、季节消长规律,为合理防治蚊虫和蚊媒病提供科学依据,同时应当密切关注蚊虫孳生地以及密度情况变化。Objective To learn and master the density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes at Xiamen Port, and provide scientific basis for developing mosquito control programs. Methods The mosquito lamp trap method was used to monitor adult mosquitoes and the data of mosquito density were analyzed using SPSS software. Results From 2013 to 2015, a total of 1 842 adult mosquitoes were trapped, including 9 species, 3 genera and 2 family. Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species accounting for 60%, followed by Aedes albopictus (5.5%). The seasonal fluctuation curve showed that the adult mosquito density peak appeared from May to July. Conclusion The basic information on mosquito density, species composition and seasonal variation at Xiamen Port was better understood,providing a scientific basis for reasonable formulation of prevention and control of mosquitoes and mosquito-borne diseases.
