摘　　要：政府采购病媒生物防治服务的历史不长,各地对采购人发布招标文件反映不一。本文着重阐述政府采购招标文本编制需要关注的法规依据、病媒生物防治特点及行业的现状、招标公告、病媒生物防治经费的预算等若干问题,仅供参考。The government procurement for medical vector control service is new in China. This article discusses the main issues as the related laws and regulations, the characteristics of pest management professions, bidding announcement and the expenses when the bidding document is formulating for procurement.
