摘 要:在机械机构中为了实现某些特定的功能,通常会用到偏心工件,但因为偏心工件的机加工面往往与机床主轴的回转中心不在同一轴线上,给机加工(特别是车削加工)带来了很大的困难,因此,偏心工件的加工一直被视为机加工中的一项难题。根据实际生产加工中解决偏心工件加工的实例,结合宏程序编辑具有较大的灵活性、程序的使用具有较好的通用性、程序结构与内容具有较高的智能性等特点,实现偏心工件非偏心装夹加工。In order to perform some particular functions of mechanical structures, the eccentric workpieces are always used in it.However, the machine plane of eccentric workpiece and the gyration center of the principle machine tool are not in same axis, and it takes great difficulties on machining,especially on lathe instrument. Therefore,the process of eccentric workpieces is a hard nut to crack on machining. Based on the practical cases of solving the problems of the eccentric workpieces processing in practical production,combining the macroprogram,which has flexibility on editing,universality on applying and intelligence on structures and contents,the author is attempting to bring about the method of the non-eccentric clamping process of eccentric workpieces.
