摘　　要：近年来,随着新兴媒体的普及,作为民生关注焦点的医疗卫生行业网络舆情热度不断上升。此文就中国医疗卫生网络舆情监测工作现状、舆情特点和应对现状进行分析,结合工作实践,提出建立监测预警和研判分级机制、变控制为疏通、建立新闻发言人制度、善待善用媒体、完善后期评价和反馈机制等舆情应对建议。With the popularity of new media in recent years, the concern of medical and heahh network public opinion continues to heat up. In this paper, the present situation of medical and health network public opinion monitoring work, the characteristics of public opinion, as well as the existing coping strategies were analyzed. Based on the situation analysis and work experience, we put forward the practical countermeasures such as establishing the early warning and judged grading mechanism, changing from control to mediation, promoting spokesman system, making good use of the media, and improving the post evaluation and feedback mechanism.
