贵港市农村留守中老年人艾滋病知、信、行现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解农村留守中老年人员对艾滋病的相关知识、态度和行为现状,为深入开展农村留守中老年人员艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取贵港市辖区的40岁以上农村留守中老年人,用自行设计的统一问卷进行调查。结果共调查1 383人,平均年龄(59.13±10.99)岁,其中男性612人,女性771人,HIV相关知识知晓率44.40%,有84.53%的人提起艾滋病感到害怕,最近半年,有551人(39.8%)与异性发生过性行为,最近半年与商业或临时性伴发生过性行为的有24人(1.74%),其中男性、年龄小于60岁、月可支配收入1 000元以上、最近半年有性生活史、知晓艾滋病相关知识的中老年人发生与商业或临时性伴性行为者明显高于女性、年龄大于60岁、月可支配收入1 000元以下、最近半年无性生活史、不知晓艾滋病相关知识者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最近1次与商业或临时性伴发生异性性行为时使用安全套者占37.50%。总体HIV阳性检出率0.36%(5人),梅毒阳性检出率2.89%(40人)。结论农村留守中老年人艾滋病知晓率低,存在恐艾心理,高危性行为在中老年中仍存在,针对农村中老年人的安全套推广使用仍然较困难。[Objective]To analyze status of knowledge,attitudes and practices toward HIV/AIDS among rural left-behind elderly people,provide the basis for AIDS prevention and control among this population.[Methods]The rural left-behind elderly people over 40 years old were collected from Guigang City by the multistage random sampling method,and were investigated by selfadministered questionnaire survey.[Results]Totally 1 383 people were investigated with the average age of（59.13±10.99） years old,including 612 men and 771 women. The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 44.40%,and 84.53% of the people felt fear when AIDS is mentioned. In last six months,551（39.8%）people had sex with the opposite sex,and 24（1.74%）had sex with the commercial or temporary partner. The people who were male,below 60 years old,monthly disposable income more than 1 000 Yuan,had sexual life history in last six months,and knew the AIDS-related knowledge had the higher rate of having sex with the commercial or temporary partner than those who were female,over years old,monthly disposable income less than 1 000 Yuan,had no sexual life history in last six months,and did not know the AIDS-related knowledge,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. 37.50% of people used the condoms in the last sex with a commercial or temporary partner. The positive rate of HIV was 0.36%（5 cases）,and the positive rate of syphilis was 2.89%（40 cases）.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDSrelated knowledge among rural left-behind elderly people is low.,and there is the psychological fear of AIDS. The high-risk sex behavior still exists. Condom promotion among elderly people is still difficult in rural areas.
