曾庆琪教授运用威灵仙治疗男科病的经验

摘　　要：[目的]总结曾庆琪教授运用威灵仙治疗男科疾病的经验。[方法]通过阴汗、III型前列腺炎、阴冷三个不同的临床案例,总结曾庆琪教授运用威灵仙治疗男科疾病的相关经验,并论述曾庆琪教授对威灵仙一药的独特认识。[结果]男科疾病其病位多位于下焦,威灵仙辛散温通,具有祛风除湿、通络止痛、温散陈寒等功效,可通五脏十二经络,其性猛急,走窜快利,走而不守,无处不到,可引诸药直达病所。曾庆琪教授将其应用于阴汗、慢性前列腺炎、阴冷等男科疑难病证常取得良好疗效。[结论]威灵仙为曾庆琪教授临床常用药物之一,临床应用威灵仙治疗男科疾病经验丰富,且威灵仙药物资源丰富,价廉易得,在男科临床中应用前景广阔,值得广大男科同道借鉴推广。[Objective]Professor ZENG Qingqi, China＇s famous expert of traditional Chinese medicine, often uses Wei Lingxian treatment of male diseases. The paper through different clinical cases studies the professor ZENG Qingqi＇s experience of Wei Lingxian in the treatment of andrological diseases,and discusses the professor ZENG Qingqi＇s understanding of the drug. [Method]In this paper, through the cloudy perspiration sickness, type III prostatitis and coldness of external genitals three clinical cases are expounded, as well as professor ZENG Qingqi ＇s experience of Wei Lingxian in the treatment of andrological diseases, and it discusses the professor ZENG Qingqi＇s unique understanding of the drug. [Result]Male disease islocated in the lowerjiao.Wei Lingxian can dispell wind and eliminate dampness, activate meridians to stop pain and eliminate cold.Others,it can guide drugs to illness station. Wei Lingxian is often applied to cloudy perspiration sickness, type III prostatitis and coldness of external genitals by professor ZENG Qingqi and usually achieves good curative effect. [Conclusion]As one of the professor ZENG Qingqi clinical commonly used drugs, Professor ZENG Qingqi has rich experience in application of Wei Lingxian.The drug resources are abundant, cheap, and have curative effect, wide range of applicationsin treating andrological disease, worthy of reference for the male doctors.
