摘 要:以TiCl_4/MgCl_2为主催化剂,Al(i-Bu)3为助催化剂,α-烯烃为单体,利用溶液聚合法合成了1-戊烯/1-十二烯二元共聚物减阻剂,首次将1-戊烯作为单体引入减阻剂的制备中。利用室内环道评价聚合物的减阻性能,并考察了反应条件对减阻效果的影响。结果表明,最优聚合条件为戊烯添加量为0.05 m L,十二烯用量为16 m L,主催化剂用量为0.08 g,助催化剂用量为0.1 m L,聚合温度为5℃,此时减阻率可达57.62%。~1HNMR、^(13)CNMR对二元共聚物的表征结果表明烯烃聚合完全;一元和二元共聚物的XRD谱图对比结果表明,在1-十二烯中引入1-戊烯共聚可显著降低聚合物的结晶度。Using α-olefin as polymerizable monomers,a binary copolymer of 1-pentene and dodecene with highmolecular weight is synthesized by solvent polymerization using TiCl_4/MgCl_2 as main catalyst and Al( i-Bu)3as cocatalyst. It is used as drag reduction agent for the first time. The drag reduction performance of the polymer was evaluated by using the indoor loop evaluation system. The effect of the reaction conditions on the drag reduction performance is investigated. The optimal polymerization conditions are shown as follows: 0. 05 m L of 1-pentene,16 m L of dodecene,0. 08 g of main catalyst,0.2 m L of cocatalyst and 5℃ of reaction temperature. The drag reduction efficiency of the copolymer obtained under optimal polymerization conditions can reach 57. 62%. The ^1H-NMR and ^13C-NMR results indicate the complete polymerization of 1-pentene and dodecene. The XRD result exhibits that the incorporation of 1-pentene into dodecene leads to a significant decrease of the crystallinity of the resultant copolymer.
