摘 要:目的 明确子宫内膜异位症与卵巢癌的共同分子标志物.方法 收集卵巢正常且因其他疾病行卵巢切除术的女性患者28例,子宫内膜异位病变且行腹腔镜下病灶切除术的女性患者31例,卵巢癌且行卵巢切除术的女性患者35例,利用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、雌激素受体1α(ER-1α)、孕激素受体(PR)、雄激素受体(AR)、芳香化酶(CYP19)和环氧化酶2(COX-2)的表达水平.结果 子宫内膜异位症患者组织中TGF-β1、VEGF、ER-1α、AR、CYP19、COX-2的mRNA水平较正常卵巢组织分别高2.05、2.20、3.32、1.45、3.19、3.00倍;而PR的mRNA水平较正常卵巢组织低69%(均P〈0.05).卵巢癌患者组织中TGF-β1、VEGF、ER-1α、AR、CYP19、COX-2的mRNA水平较正常卵巢组织分别高5.61、7.61、7.49、4.79、7.76、5.35倍;而PR的mRNA水平较正常卵巢组织低95%(均P〈0.05).结论子宫内膜异位症及卵巢癌患者组织中TGF-β1、VEGF、ER-1α、AR、CYP19和COX-2的表达升高、PR的表达下降,这两种疾病的发生存在潜在的相关性.Objective To determine common molecular markers between endometriosis and ovarian cancer . Methods The specimens from 31 endometriosis patients who underwent laparoscopic excision , 28 other disease patients with normal oarium and 35 ovarian cancer patients who received the ovariectomy were collected. Expressions of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), estrogen receptor 1α(ER-1α), progesterone receptor (PR), androgen receptor (AR) and aromatase (CYP19) were detected by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results Compared with those in normal oarium group, the mRNA levels of TGF-β1, VEGF, ER-1α, AR, CYP19 and COX-2 in endometriosis group were increased by 2.05 fold, 2.20 fold, 3.32 fold, 1 . 45 fold , 3 . 19 fold and 3 . 00 fold , respectively , and the mRNA level of PR was reduced by 69 % ( all P〈 0.05), while those in ovarian cancer group were increased by 5.61 fold, 7.61 fold, 7.49 fold, 4.79 fold, 7.76 fold and 5.35 fold, respectively, and the mRNA level of PR was reduced by 95 % (all P〈 0.05). Conclusion In endometriosis and ovarian cancer tissues, the expression levels of TGF-β1, COX-2, VEGF, ER-1α, AR and CYP19 are increased, and the expression levels of PR are decreased, which maybe suggest both diseases are potentially relevant.
