摘　　要：研究生基层党建工作在研究生思想政治教育中起到了举足轻重的作用。因此就要结合研究生课题方向建设基层党组织、完善党员发展细则、加强对党员干部的培养和支持。北京理工大学机械与车辆学院党建工作,对提高研究生培养质量起到了一定的效果。The Party building work of graduate students plays an important role in the ideological and political education of graduate students. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the direction of graduate students in the construction of grass-roots party organizations, improve the development details of Party members, strengthen the training and support of Party members and cadres. Combined with the practice of Party building work in the school of mechanical and vehicle engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology, it has played an important role in improving the quality of graduate education.
