摘　　要：基于伦理价值视角分析了核工程决策的伦理诉求,从安全、责任、公正等维度构建核伦理价值评价指标体系;结合模糊集与层次分析法方法,提出决策伦理价值的隶属度量化方法,建立核工程决策伦理的综合价值隶属度模型,为核电工程决策伦理价值的综合评价提供科学的定量分析与评价方法。From an ethical value perspective, the ethical demands of nuclear engine decision are an- alyzed, and then a value evaluation system for nuclear ethics is constructed based on the dimensions of safety, responsibility, justice. Furthermore, based on Fuzzy Sets and AHP, the quantitative approach for decision ethics is proposed, and the synthetical membership function model for nuclear decision ethics is constructed. The model proposed in this paper will make the nuclear engine decision and evaluation processes more scientific and quantitative.
