摘　　要：以城镇职工养老保险制度的耗散结构特征出发,构建养老保险耗散结构模型,并对模型进行了定性分析。实证分析了我国城镇职工养老保险制度的运行状况,并对城镇职工养老保险系统的可持续运转给出建议。Based on dissipative structure characteristics of the endowment insurance of urban work- ers, combining with dissipative structure theory, this paper built the dissipative structure entropy model of the endowment insurance, empirically analyze the operation situation of the endowment insurance, and gives suggestions on the sustainable operation of the endowment insurance system of urban workers.
